The work we do as clinicians is hard. We have to take care of ourselves in order to best take care of our patients and their families and show up as our best selves to our jobs. Burnout can impact our ability to feel like we are making a difference. It impacts our job satisfaction, and can also lead to serious health issues. Being aware of the signs and symptoms as well as ways to keep burnout at bay is essential in making sure we have long and fulfilling careers.

Ginger is one of the few Auditory Verbal Therapists in the State of Tennessee. Since she started Jones Therapy Services in November of 2009, the company has received many awards such as ranking on the INC 5000 list for three years in a row.
Ginger cares deeply about the work she does and the families that she has the pleasure of serving. She knows that speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and feeding therapy can significantly enhance childhood development and maximize achievement. She knows that she was meant to be an advocate, not just for the families she serves, but for the fellow clinic and small business owners.
She graduated from University of Mississippi with a Bachelors in Communicative Disorders and went on to receive her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a Concentration in Aural Habilitation from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.
Ginger lives in Franklin with her husband and two sons.
