Meredith Poore Harold, PhD, CCC-SLP is a scientist and clinician, working to find realistic solutions to implement our field’s best research in practice. She is also the founder and owner of The Informed SLP and current President of the Kansas Speech–Language–Hearing Association (2021).
Susie Ternes, AuD, CCC-A is the Executive Director of the Kansas Speech–Language–Hearing Association and a clinical audiologist at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. She lobbies at the state and national level for changes that impact professional practice, clients, and students. She also coordinates continuing education events for members and raises public awareness of speech, language, and hearing disorders.
