Lauren Sharpe-Payne is a licensed speech-language pathologist practicing in Virginia. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Lauren began her career in speech pathology working in pediatrics, but soon found that she wanted to pursue medical SLP. She began working in outpatient/inpatient rehabilitation and realized that this area was her passion. Today, she works as a speech pathologist with the Department of Veterans Affairs in outpatient rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys eating good food and staying active.
