Finn Menzies and Wes Chernin are co-founders of Q Inclusion, a consulting business that collaborates with communities to create safe, inclusive, and connected spaces for people of all gender identities and expressions.

Finn has been an educator for over 10 years. He has taught in classrooms ranging from preschool, juvenile court school, to community college, and elementary schools. Currently he is a kindergarten teacher and his priority is creating an environment that promotes connection, awareness, and curiosity. When Finn is not teaching kids or facilitating adults, he’s writing poetry about the magic and the albatross of growing up as a trans man.

Wes has been providing transgender cultural responsiveness trainings since 2016 and is a recipient of the Oregon Safe Schools and Communities Coalition 2019 Safe Schools Award for his work as a queer and trans inclusion consultant with educators. In addition to his work at Q In, Wes is also a speech-language pathologist based in Portland, OR. Outside of work, you can find Wes exploring local eateries and on nature walks with his partner and dog.
